February 2nd is Groundhog Day! Traditionally, if Punxsutawney Phil the groundhog sees his shadow, he predicts we will have six more weeks of winter. Have you ever taken a good look at your shadow? How big is it? Does it look different outside vs inside? How about at different times of the day, or in different weather conditions? For 5,000 points in February, send us your shadow science observations! Take a photo, or make a drawing, of your shadow, along with at least 3 observations you've made.
