November 2026 at-home quest

Now that Autumn is in full swing, what do you notice about the temperature during November? For this month’s at-home Quest, track your local temperature to earn 5,000 points this month. Be sure to send us your data and your answers to the questions below. You can email us at natureswap@rwpzoo.org.

Once a week, check the temperature in the morning after you wake up, and at night before you go to bed (you can use a thermometer or check your local weather online https://www.noaa.gov/weather )

·        What do you notice about the changes in temperature throughout the month?

·        Why do you think these changes are happening?

·        How do you prepare for changing temperatures where you live?
